What patients and clinics both want to know.

Who can see a record, what arrives on the phone, what it costs a patient, and what happens to the data if they never come back. Answered plainly, in both directions.

The questions we are asked first

Everything below is the same answer we would give you on a call. If your question is not here, ask it: the address is at the foot of this page.

  • No. patDule works on the messaging app you already use: WhatsApp, or plain text messages. No new app, no new login.

  • No. WhatsApp works, and so do plain text messages (SMS), which are free for the patient. Use whichever is already on your phone. Your Care Companion answers on either, and your clinic's team is a message away when it matters.

  • Yes. All data is encrypted, stored within India, and governed by DPDPA (India's data protection law). Your data is never shared without your explicit consent.

  • Yes. Telugu is the primary supported language for Hyderabad outskirts patients. Hindi and English are also fully supported. You choose.

  • Yes. patDule can operate as a patient communication layer for clinics regardless of their backend systems. We handle the integration. Your clinic just benefits.

Using it as a patient

  • In the same message thread you already use, on WhatsApp or by text message. There is no form to fill on a website and no account to create first.

  • An AI assistant that replies on WhatsApp or by text message at any hour. It takes care of booking, reports, reminders, payments and questions about your visit. It is not a person on call all night: your clinic's team steps in when it matters.

  • Your place in the queue, with an estimated wait, updated as the clinic works through it. It lets you wait at home and arrive when your number is near.

  • Yes. One account can hold the records of the family members you care for, with their consent recorded.

  • No. Paying in advance from the link is there to let you skip the counter queue. Paying at the clinic works exactly as it does today.

  • Consent is yours to give and to withdraw. Sharing stops when you withdraw it.

  • Nothing. patDule is free for patients, permanently. It is paid for by the clinics that use the platform, and there is no premium tier that holds your own record behind a payment.

  • It is built for that. Messages are text-first and lightweight, which is the whole reason for meeting people in a message thread, WhatsApp or plain text, instead of asking them to install and update an application.

  • No. Telugu, Hindi and English are all supported and you switch whenever you want. Nobody should have to translate their own health for the software.

  • They are how doctors in India write when to take a medicine. 1-0-1 means one in the morning, none in the afternoon and one at night, the same as BD (twice a day). OD is once a day, TDS three times a day, HS at bedtime and SOS only when needed. Your reminders follow what your doctor wrote; if anything is unclear, ask your doctor or pharmacist.

Your record, and who can see it

  • Yours. A clinic portal is a window into one clinic; this is your own copy, which is the point. It should outlive the clinic that happened to create it.

  • Yes. The history exports in open formats and can be shared with a new doctor with your consent, so changing city or getting a second opinion does not mean starting the story again.

  • Access is scoped to the role a person holds, and every read of a record is logged. A receptionist and a doctor do not see the same thing, and neither of them sees another clinic's record.

  • No. Patient data is never used to train any external AI model. That is a policy commitment rather than a preference buried in a settings screen.

  • Sharing is per recipient and per purpose. You can release one report for a second opinion without handing over the whole history, and you can stop that sharing afterwards.

For clinics

  • No. patDule runs as a communication layer over whatever you use today, including paper registers.

  • Fewer "is my report ready" calls, fewer no-shows, and a waiting room where people arrive near their turn rather than at opening time.

  • It is included with docDule and hospiDule plans rather than sold as a separate product with its own per-message meter. Patients are never charged.

  • You are, and the system is built to respect that. Messages come from the clinic and follow the record, so patDule is a delivery layer rather than an advice engine speaking on your behalf.

  • Days. If you already run hospiDule or docDule, tokens, bills and results flow automatically. If you run paper, we configure the clinic and its hours and it works from the thread.
